New Delhi, Sep 20 (ANI): Singapore Airlines Ltd and Tata group, owner of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands, have entered into a pact to set up a new full-service airline in India and also have sought approval for this tie-up to function from New Delhi. India___s Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh clarified this while interacting with the media persons in the national capital. Tata Sons said it will own 51 percent of the carrier and Singapore Airlines will own the remainder. On its part, Singapore Airlines said the initial outlay of $100 million would be funded by the two sides in proportion to their ownership.
