New Delhi, Nov 28 (ANI): The National Commission for Women has informed that former Tehelka managing editor Shoma Chaudhury has tendered an apology to the National Commission for Women (NCW) for alleged "lapses" in handling the sexual assault case against the magazine's former editor Tarun Tejpal. Chaudhury on Thursday met member in-charge of Goa Shamina Shafiq of the National Commission for Women (NCW) at its headquarters in New Delhi to explain in person her handling of the case.
