Kangana Ranaut-Madhavan starrer "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" has turned out to be one of the most profitable Bollywood movies in recent times.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie made ₹2.70 crore nett collection on its third Friday in India, taking its 15-day collection to ₹119.43 crore.

This is a clear indication that the film will continue to have a good third week despite the release of Zoya Akhtar's "Dil Dhadakne Do".

Entertainment portal Koimoi has said "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" has made a profit of 270% on the basis of its production cost.

"The film has got the best word-of-mouth for any Bollywood film of 2015 released till now and this has helped the film touch the 100 crore mark in 11 Days itself. Made on a budget of 30-32 crores, the film has made a profit of 86.50 crores, thus making a huge profit of 270%," reported Koimoi.

Trade analysts are predicting the Kangana starrer to earn ₹125 crore by the end of its third weekend in box office.

"Tanu Weds Manu Returns" has already become the highest grossing Bollywood movie of 2015 in India and has beaten movies such as "Baby' and "Gabbar is Back".
