'Bahubali' actress Tamannaah Bhatia (also spelt as Tamanna) has laughed off rumours that she will soon tie the knot with her boyfriend and say goodbye to acting after her marriage.

Of late, it was rumoured that Tamannaah was seeing a software engineer and they are very much in love. She was also said to be planning to get married soon and that was why she had stopped signing new movies, and would be seen for the last time in Rohit Shetty's Bollywood movie starring Ranveer Singh.

Soon after the reading about the rumours, Tamannaah Bhatia took to her Twitter handle to clear the air and request people to stop spreading false news. The actress tweeted: "@tollywood I'm not getting married for a long time to come , so pls stop creating baseless news , it's disgusting! [sic]"

It was also rumoured that Tamannaah Bhatia ‏would follow in the footsteps of Asin and quit acting after her marriage. She retweeted a post of DNA and wrote: "@dna I can't help but laugh at such silly news, I just wish ppl checked before putting out baseless stuff like this #shamefull."

It should be recalled that the actress had spoken about her wedding plans during the promotion of the Telugu film "Bengal Tiger" in Dec. 2015. She had revealed she would prefer a love-cum-arranged marriage. She wants to love someone and enjoy the feeling of being loved. Then, she wishes to get hitched with the person with the permission of her parents, she had said.

Tamannaah started her acting career with the Hindi film "Chand Sa Roshan Chehra" in 2005, and forayed into southern films with the Telugu flick "Sri" the same year. She has featured in over 40 movies in a career spanning 11 years, and has been a part of many blockbuster films. Today, she is one of the most-sought-after actresses down south.

The actress, who has four movies in her kitty, has reportedly wrapped up the shooting of her Tamil film "Dharma Durai" and "Abhinetri," and is now awaiting their release. She is said to be currently busy with the filming of SS Rajamouli's epic movie "Bahubali: The Conclusion." After wrapping it up, she is likely to take up the shooting of Rohit Shetty's forthcoming project, which is now in the pre-production stage.
