Actor Hrithik Roshan's estranged wife, Sussanne Khan was spotted partying at a popular night spot in Mumbai, just days after filing for divorce. The interior decorator was accompanied by actor Arjun Rampal and other friends.
Khan, who appeared upbeat, was dressed casually in a black tank top and was all smiles as she arrived at the venue with celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani.
Khan's good friend Rampal seemed to have color co-ordinated with her, and sported a casual black vest and a fedora hat. Dino Morea, designer Masaba and "Kai Po Che" director Abhishek Kapoor were also seen at the nightspot.
Khan partying with Rampal soon after filing for divorce from Roshan comes as a surprise, since the actor was blamed for the star couple's split when they announced their separation last December.
The model turned actor, who has been the couple's friend for a long time had vehemently rubbished reports and even issued a statement clarifying his stance.
"It is very sad when friends close to you take a decision to separate. These are the hardest times for them and we must be sensitive towards this decision, rather than creating speculation and rumours. I read in the news, about the same time as you all, about my involvement in this marriage," Rampal's statement read.
"It saddens me deeply that rumours become inevitable during celebrities going through such times. Mehr and I wish them only peace and love through these times, and support them as friends should, and we wish them and their families well, always."
Meanwhile, a day after filing for divorce, Khan and Roshan acted as responsible parents and got together for their younger son Hridhaan, who celebrated his birthday on 1 May.
The former couple is said to have taken the children for the screening of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" followed by a short trip to Lonavala, where a small party was organised in an adventure park, reported Mid Day.They were also joined by Zayed Khan and Farah Khan Ali.
