Suspicious Partner, the SBS crime thriller series that is also known as Love In Trouble, will be back with episodes 17 and 18 next Wednesday, June 7, at 10 pm KST. It is likely to feature the demise of forensic officer Go Chan Ho.

The young police officer was planning to reveal the real identity of serial killer Hyun Soo to Noh Ji Wook and Eun Bong Hee. But little did he realise the male antagonist was tracking his moves and might even kill Go Chan Ho if he tries to betray Hyun Soo.

The shocking cliffhanger of episode 16 hinted at troubled moments for the police officer. While he was waiting inside a park for the female protagonist, Go Chan Ho got a call from Hyun Soo and he freaked out.

The plot thickened when the serial killer met the police officer and told him, "This place is so huge and dark. I called because I was having trouble finding you. I think I found you now."

On the other end, Noh Ji Wook and Eun Bong Hee got entangled in their own personal problems and left the park without realising that someone was waiting for them. Will Hyun Soo kill Chan Ho for betraying him and trap the onscreen couple?

Since the Korean period drama will be half way through next week, the viewers can expect new developments for Noh Ji Wook and Eun Bong Hee. The onscreen couple could face some new challenges on account of the serial killer Hyun Soo.

However, the Korean drama lovers will have to wait until next Wednesday to know more about it mainly because SBS is yet to release the trailer and promotional photos for Suspicious Partner episodes 17 and 16. In the meantime, you can catch up with the first 16 episodes online here.

Meanwhile, the crime thriller series teased happy ending for the onscreen couple towards the end of episode 16. It also indicated that Cha Yoo Jung will probably use Ji Eun Hyuk to rekindle the romance with her ex-boyfriend Noh Ji Wook.
