Singapore, Aug 16 (ANI): India’s Foreign Minister, Sushma Swaraj, arrived in Singapore on Saturday (August 16) to flag off year-long celebrations to mark 50 years of relationship between the two countries. During her two-day visit, Swaraj will meet Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and other leaders to hold discussion on various areas like trade and investment, water conservation and infrastructure development. Swaraj will also hold talks with her counterpart K Shanmugam and address meetings with think-tanks and vibrant Indian diaspora. Swaraj's visit is also aimed at exploring the possibility of Singapore's involvement in major Indian infrastructure projects including the smart city project and rejuvenation of other Indian cities.
