"Suicide Squad" fans have a brand new scoop coming from the Comic-Con trailer that will satisfy their curiosity for the time being. Though the production is wrapped on the upcoming DC film, various websites continue to decode the once-exclusive trailer – which was released officially after being leaked – to come up with some mind-blowing plot speculations.

"Suicide Squad" is undoubtedly, one of the most anticipated superhero movies slated to be released in 2016, post the release of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". And since the production team has kept all the details under wraps, plot rumours and speculations have been running rampant all over the web.

The latest plot rumour suggests it is not The Joker that the Suicide Squad is hunting for and that the "real main" villain is The Enchantress, played by Cara Delevingne. According to Heroic Hollywood, the subject of the Suicide Squad's mission is The Enchantress and they are sent to stop her, not The Joker, from destroying the world.

The report stated that The Enchantress is in search of her dead brother who she plans to resurrect. It also pointed out that the Comic-Con trailer, where Cara is seen doing real weird stuff like creeping around caverns and soaking in a gross bathtub, drops major clues that The Enchantress could be the main villain.

Interestingly, if you have noticed, The Enchantress seems to be missing from all the screenshots where the entire Suicide Squad team stands together.

In the comics, as we know, The Enchantress joins the Suicide Squad, and Deadshot is given the task of taking her out if her dark side gets out of control. Well, it appears that angle may be played up in the upcoming "Suicide Squad" film.

Whether there is any truth in this rumour or not, we will know only when Suicide Squad hits theatres on 5 August, 2016.
