Lucknow, Sep 26 (ANI): As the prime minister remains determined to continue dialogues with Pakistan despite of opposition from BJP, Congress leader Jagdambika Pal said that BJP should understand that refraining from talks with the neighboring Pakistan will further strengthen terrorist outfits working in both countries. The Congress leader further said that it___s been usual now that whenever the two countries are about to have peaceful talks, the terrorist groups comes up to hinder the same.
