Srinagar, Dec 08 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a rally in Srinagar city of Jammu and Kashmir. Modi attacked the current state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah saying that the government was asleep when the state witnessed floods. He said that he came running to the state and offered monetary help for victims after which some people showed distrust in government asking for direct help. He also said that he chose to celebrate Diwali with the flood victims and listening to their grief and troubles. Modi also appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to vote for a full majority BJP government.
