MTV's "Splitsvilla 9" is all set to hit television screens June 11 onwards and will see the gorgeous Sunny Leone and handsome Rannvijay Singha reprising their roles as the hosts of the season. As fans of the TV reality show are eagerly waiting for it, the names of a few contestants have been revealed.

According to Tellychakkar.com report, Karan Chabra of "Heropanti" fame, former "Roadies" contestant Varun Sood, "Ek Mutthi Aasman" actor Ishaan Singh Manhas, "SquadRann" contestant Gurmeet Rehal and Aditya Singh Rajput will reportedly be part of the show.

As for the girls, Isha Sharma, Raj Nandini, Niharika, "Roadies X4" contestant Kavya Khurana, "Roadies X2" participant Martina Thariyan will apparently be part of the new season. The report also said that "Spiltsvilla 8" contestant Mia Lakra will be making a wild card entry on the show.

This time, the viewers of "Splitsvilla 9" will see a change in the game's format. The ninth season of "Spiltsvilla" will be based on the theme "Where Women Rule" that will give more power to the female contestants than the male participants. Unlike the previous seasons, the upcoming season will have no king. Hence the male contestants will have to work harder to win the game.

"I am thrilled to be back on Splitsvilla, more so because this time the ultimate power lies in the hands of women. Women rule this season, and you will see the shift in power as six gorgeous princesses dictate who stays in the show and who does not," said Sunny at the press conference, Press Trust of India (PTI) reported.

"Everyone says it's a man's world, but I assure you the world will look better with women at the helm. You will see this on Splitsvilla this season," the "Baby Doll" star added.
