Football fans will have a good time tonight as FC Barcelona will take on arch rival Real Madrid at Nou Camp in the Spanish Super Cup 2012.

The match will start at 02:00 IST (Friday) / 21:30 GMT / 4:30 ET and it will be broadcast live in India on Ten Action.

Barcelona started their La Liga campaign on Sunday with a huge win over Real Sociedad. Lionel Messi scored two goals and other players like David Villa, Carles Puyol and Pedro scored a goal apiece, winning the match 5-1.

However, Real Madrid didn't have a good start, drawing 1-1 at home with Valencia, who held their nerves and goalkeeper Diego Alves making some great saves.

Barcelona new coach Tito Vilanova, who replaced Pep Guardiola, is keeping his calm ahead of the match with arch rival Real Madrid.

"I don't have anything riding on the result of this game. I like to experience this profession calmly. I am sorry, but there are more important things in my life," Vilanova told a news conference on Wednesday.

"I know it is important, but I couldn't do my job properly if I was worrying whether the world would fall on top of me if we lost," he added.

Barcelona had a remarkable record against Real Madrid under Pep Guardiola, winning nine, drawing four and losing two out of 15 matches.

It's yet to be seen how Barca fair against their arch rival under the new coach Vilanova.
