However, Tech Radar reported that it would keep 4.7-inch screen size of the Xperia Z3 but with a 1080p resolution.

2) Processor: The next-generation smartphone is expected to be powered by either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor.

3) Operating System: The device is very likely to come with Google's new OS, Android 5.0 Lollipop.

4) Memory: The Xperia Z4 is expected to come packed with 32GB internal memory and 4GB RAM.

5) Camera: The device may house a 20.7MP main camera and 4.8MP front snapper.

6) Battery: It is reported that the upcoming device might sport a 3420 mAh battery though not confirmed.

Sony is yet to reveal the specifications of its new device but Tech Radar reported that it would feature IP68 water and dust proof certification and LTE Cat 9 connectivity. There were also reports that it would come with a Qi Wireless Charging but might do away with microSD card slot.
