New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Commenting on whether Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti should resign due to the allegations made against him, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Friday said that everything was pre-planned by the Congress, and that they should understand that none of their attempts was going to affect the country.
