Burglar hides beneath kid’s duvet to carry out burglary

Counties Manukau Police released footage on 4 April, showing an unidentified man hiding beneath a child’s duvet as he burgled a house in the Auckland suburb of Dannemora, New Zealand. The man reportedly stole cash and jewellery during the theft on 20 March. Police appealed for help to identify the man, who was described as Caucasian, in his 20s, and a slim build. Apr 4, 2016

Florida reef transforms into underwater art gallery

An artificial reef in the Florida Keys has become a temporary gallery for a subsea art exhibition. Video released on 3 April, by the Florida Keys News Bureau shows divers hanging artwork on the 523ft Gen. Former UK sport anti-doping director not surprised by latest allegations

A British anti-doping consultant said on 3 April she is disappointed but not surprised at newspaper allegations concerning a London doctor. Michele Verroken, a former director of ethics and anti-doping at UK Sport, was reacting to a Sunday Times report that the doctor prescribed banned performance-enhancing drugs to leading sports people. The government has ordered an inquiry into the way the allegations were handled by Britains anti-doping agency, which said they fell outside of its jurisdiction. Apr 4, 2016
