New Delhi, June 20 (ANI): Railway Ministry on Friday hiked passenger fare by 14.2% ahead of the actual railway budget of the new government. Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda said that the previous government's orders about fare hike were passed by him and he had to implement the orders to meet all expenses.
