New Delhi, Nov 20 (ANI): JD (U) leader KC Tyagi slammed the BJP's decision to felicitate its MLAs Sangeet Singh Som and Suresh Rana, who were arrested for allegedly inciting communal violence in Muzaffarnagar, and now are out on bail. Uttar Pradesh unit of BJP will felicitate Som and Rana, during the party's PM candidate Narendra Modi's rally in Agra on November 21.
