1984 anti-Sikh riots: SC rejects Sajjan Kumar's plea, asks him to face trial for murder

New Delhi, Dec 3 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Sajjan Kumar's petition to drop murder charges against him in the 1984 anti-Sikh riot cases. The court asked Kumar to face trial for murder in Delhi’s Sultanpuri, during the riots that followed the assassination of late PM Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards.
