Job fair attracts many youth in Arunachal Pradesh

Arunachal Pradesh, Sep 11 (ANI): Around 4000 unemployed youth from all districts across the State turned up for a three-day long Job fair in Arunachal Pradesh. The event was inaugurated by the Arunachal Governor Lt Gen Nirbhay Sharma. The aim was to sensitize the youth regarding job opportunities and various vocational training providers (VTPs) who would impart them relevant skills and help them get jobs. Various vocational training providers including NHPCO, NEEPCO, private power developers Reliance, Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University set up their stalls at the fair. Manipur journalists condemn threats by militant outfits

Imphal, Sep 11 (ANI): More than 200 scribes and newspaper distributors of Manipur took out a rally from the Manipur press club in Imphal, to the Chief Minister___s office complex, on the first day of the protest. The protest is being carried out under the aegis of All Manipur Journalists___ Union in association with the Editors___ Forum and All Manipur Newspaper Sales and Distribution Association, against a recent threat issued to media persons. Maoists gun down village head in Odisha

Malkangiri, Sep 11 (ANI): Acting with brazen impunity Maoists killed a village head whom they had accused of being a police informer in Odisha. The incident took place at a remote village of Padia in Maoists hit Malkangiri district of Odisha. Police has been thoroughly investigating the matter, as the exact reason behind the killing is yet to be ascertained. Liberian President discusses bilateral issues with Khurshid

Sibal calls violence in Muzaffarnagar as shameful

Obama vows to explore diplomatic route on Syria
