New Delhi, March 25 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 12.76 points down to stand at 22,042.72. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty 6.25 points up to stand at 6,589.75. Dish TV India and Ashok Leyland were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 6.24% and 5.97% along with Apollo Tyres and Container Corp with an increase of 5.87% and 5.85% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Pipavav Defence and Indian Bank with a decrease of 3.02% and 2.88% along with Oberoi Realty and RIL with a decrease of 2.87% and 2.87% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 40.62 points at 12,929.12 while the banking sector is up 40.22 points at 14,220.05 and the realty sector is up 18.09 points at 1,394.04. Tokyo, Mar 25 (ANI): Tokyo Marathon 2014 attracted many participants from Japan and across the world. The annual citizen marathon, which starts from Tokyo Metropolitan Government building, has become one of the world's major marathons along with Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York. About 36,000 runners took part along with the world's elite runners. 10 per cent of the participants were foreigners. The marathon organizers received 300,000 applications for the event, but only 10 per cent of them were selected through a draw. New Delhi, Mar 25 (ANI): DMK chief M Karunanidhi on Tuesday permanently expelled his elder son MK Alagiri from the party, two months after suspending him. The DMK had even threatened disciplinary action against party members if they were found to be in touch with Alagiri. The party general secretary K Anbazhagan, in a statement had said that Alagiri was causing confusion by organizing meetings on the pretext of meeting his supporters. Gajapati, Mar 25 (ANI: Police forces in Odisha conducted a flag march in Maoist infested Gajapati district on Tuesday to boost the morale of people and encourage them to vote, as they face security threat from insurgents during general elections. The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and district police held the march throughout the region. Maoists seek the violent overthrow of the Indian state but have so far not managed to spread significantly into urban areas. Green capsicum - 1/2 chopped
Tomato - 1 deseeded & chopped
Green Chili -1/2 thinly sliced
A few chopped Mint leaves
A few chopped Coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tsp
1. Mix all the vegetables together, starting from Pomegranate, onions, capsicum, tomatoes followed by green chili.
2. Chop mint and coriander and add it in the mixture.
1. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
2. Mix it well and add it in the salad.
You're pomegranate salad is now ready.
Serve it immediately or refrigerate it and then serve.
