Bangladesh students form human chain to protest Israeli attacks on Palestine

Dhaka, July 14 (ANI): Students in Bangladesh formed a human chain on Monday to protest Israel’s air strikes in Gaza, which killed at least 160 people and forced thousands to flee. Students along with members of Dhaka University took to streets and shouted slogans against Israeli attacks. On Sunday, the Israeli military warned the residents of the northern border town of Beit Lahiya to leave or risk their lives when, after nightfall, it planned to intensify air strikes against suspected Palestinian rocket launchers among civilian homes. Oriental Bank and Hindustan Zinc were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 5.64% and 5.34% along with Power Finance and Hindalco Inds with an increase of 5.14% and 4.54% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Mcleod Russel and Pipavav Defence with a decrease of 5.54% and 4.97% along with CRISIL and Gitanjali Gems with a decrease of 4.89% and 4.62% at the close of the markets.
