Incessant unseasonal rains, landslides wreak havoc in Kashmir

Ramban, March 14 (ANI): Kashmir has been struggling to fight the incessant and unseasonal downpour and snowfall that have caused landslides, damaged property throwing life out of gear since last three days. The rains and landslides have caused widespread damage to the private and government property in Ramban district where several residents were forced to leave their houses and shift to safer havens. Security officials receive severe injuries during combing operation in Jharkhand

Jharkhand, Mar 14 (ANI): Security officials received severe injuries during a combing operation launched against the Maoists in India's red corridor of Jharkhand. In two separate incidents, security officials were injured during a combing action on Thursday. During search operation in Palamu district in Jharkhand province, three officers were injured after an Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) blasted accidentally. Manipur, Mar 14 (ANI): A two-month-long “Jacquard Weaving Training to Male Weavers” is being held at the Weavers’ Service Centre at Porampat in Imphal east district. The skill development programme has been organized by the Development Commissioner for Handlooms and the Ministry of Textiles in collaboration with the Commerce and Industries department, Government of Manipur. In total 137 male weavers from various districts of the state are taking part in it. The weaving centre was inaugurated in February this year with an aim to encourage the men folk of the state to take up such self employment ventures and contribute to the state’s economy. Grilled Tandoori Chicken legs Ingredients Chicken legs - 1 kg For Masala Red chilli - 6 Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds - 2 tsp A few Cardamom pods A few Cloves Cinnamon A piece of Ginger A few cloves of Garlic Yogurt - 3/4 cup Lemon juice - 2 Salt to taste Red chilli powder Method 1. Grind the dry ingredients first Red chilli, Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon and then Ginger, Garlic, Yogurt, Lemon juice, Salt and Red chilli powder. 2. Rub it to the Chicken legs and marinate it to overnight. 3. Pre-heat the oven for about 180 degree and cook it for about 12 minutes, take it out from the oven and turn the chicken legs. 4. Turn the chicken legs for about every 12 minutes, till the chicken legs cook. 5. Wrap the chicken legs with foil and serve it. Boeing in talks with India airlines on 737 MAX jet

Hyderabad, Mar 14 (ANI): Senior vice president sales for Asia Pacific at Boeing, Dinesh Keskar has said that Boeing Co was in talks with airlines Jet Airways and Air India about the sale of its 737 MAX jets. Keskar told Reuters that the 737 MAX planes are 14 percent more fuel efficient compared with its 737 planes, making them particularly attractive to Indian carriers hurt by high fuel costs. Keskar said that the company looks forward to enter into deals with Air India and Jet Airways following the deal with SpiceJet. Bangladesh intellectual's daughter lauds government for trial of Pakistan war criminals

Dhaka, March 14 (ANI): Nuzhat Choudhury, daughter of Bangladesh intellectual, Alim Chowdhury, has welcomed the initiative of the Bangladesh Government to try Pakistan war criminals accused of genocide during the 1971 liberation struggle. Recently, Bangladesh Law Minister Anisul Haque hinted at the trial of the Pakistani war criminals.
