Anantnag, Nov 16 (ANI): In a major setback to the ruling National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir, senior party leader Mehboob Beigh on Sunday withdrew his candidature and decided to support main opposition Peoples Democratic Party Patron Mufti Mohammad Syeed. Beigh said that he considers BJP as RSS and that in order to stop such ideologies from coming to the state, he will support Mufti. He also alleged that the NC cannot counter the BJP and thus his decision to join hands with Mufti is for the welfare of the state. He also expressed displeasure on NC for not inviting any leaders from South Kashmir constituency to any parliamentary or board meetings.
