New Delhi, Nov 23 (ANI): President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday appointed West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi to discharge the functions of Governor of Bihar in addition to his own duties. "The President of India has been pleased to appoint Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Bihar, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Bihar is made," said a press communique issued by the President's Secretariat.
