Srinagar, Dec 23 (ANI): PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti said on Tuesday that it will take time to form a government to provide "good governance". Talking to mediapesons in Srinagar Mehbooba said that while she was happy the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had become the single largest group in the 87-member assembly, the outcome was not to her expectation. New Delhi, Dec 23 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi was discharged from a hospital in New Delhi on Tuesday after successfully recovering from a respiratory tract infection.
