New Delhi/ Mumbai, July 11 (ANI): Reacting over Bokaro minor rape after a Panchayat's diktat, social activists demanded stern action against Panchayat. NCW Member Shamina Shafiq said that district administration should take steps in such matters. Social Activist Sudha Ramalingam demanded punishments by the law to the Panchayat people. Women Rights Activist Abha Singh said that immediate action should be taken against the accused otherwise it would send wrong message to the people.
