Shraddha Kapoor may have shot to fame after the success of "Aashiqui 2" and the recently released "Ek Villain." However, it seems not all is going good with the actress.

During the success bash of "Ek Villain" held at a suburban hotel in Mumbai on Monday, Kapoor, the lead actress of the film, had little to celebrate. The event showed no flashlights, the reason being the press photographers' unanimous decision in refusing to click any pictures of the actress, reported India Today.

The sudden decision of boycotting came after Kapoor's unpleasant behaviour with the photographers during the film's promotion in the past.

Despite repeated polite requests by the media photographers, Kapoor refused to let them take even a single photo and was even shielded by her manager at times.

When asked why no pictures were being taken during the success bash, the photographers insisted they would only take pictures once Kapoor was out of the frame.

On hearing this, "Student of the Year" actor and Kapoor's co-star Malhotra appealed to them to allow the lead actress to pose for the group photos. However, they refused and did not change their mind even when Kapoor's manager pleaded with them.

"Sidharth also intervened and politely requested us to click, for it's a proud moment for him, and sort of made amends for his co-star. So did Shraddha's manager. But, we didn't remove the boycott," said one of the photographers present at the success event, reported Daily Bhaskar.

Since the success meet of a film is incomplete without media photos, the "Ek Villain" team got into a discussion. Reportedly, Kapoor even stepped forward and apologised to the photographers.

However, the photographers were adamant and it was only after she stepped out of the frame, the flashlights came alive and pictures of the two villains of the movie, Deshmukh and Malhotra and director Suri were taken. Reports also said that the "Ek Villain" actress was almost in tears.
