In a shocking video that is doing the rounds on social media, a toddler is seen smoking cigarette and drinking alcohol after being encouraged by two Romanians to do so.
While the kid is seen sitting on the lap of a man, who puts cigarette in the child's mouth, another one films the shocking video and encourages the kid to drink beer.
One of the Romanian adults is also heard saying, "That's what being a real man is all about", when the kid takes a sip of alcohol.
The incident is believed to have happened outside a cafe in Spain; the adults are reportedly being hunted by the police.
"Anyone recognise this person? Or what town is? We could announce the city authorities concerned," a Romanian Facebook user Daniel Tecu writes, sharing the video on social networking site.
The video has been viewed by more than one lakh social media users and many have been expressing their outrage at the men for their cruel act.
