Makers of the movie "Shaandaar" starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have released the first poster of the film, but it appears to be just a teaser poster.
Karan Johar revealed the first look of Shahid and Alia in "Shaandaar" on Twitter, but he also mentioned captioned it saying, "And they wake up tomorrow......@alia08 @shahidkapoor #ShaandaarFirstLookTomorrow (sic)".
The first poster of "Shaandar" gives a glimpse of Shahid-Alia's heavenly love story. The look consists of both the actors sleeping on a bench amidst a heavenly set-up and they both look perfectly made for each other. Alia also shared the same on Twitter saying, "Sleeping.. DND till tomorrow!!! ;) #ShaandaarFirstLookTomorrow (sic)"
Shahid Kapoor too pleased his Twitter fans by tweeting, "Falling off to sleep , wake me up tomorrow #ShaandaarFirstLookTomorrow (sic)".
Both Alia and Shahid suffer from insomnia in the film and fall in love in the middle of a larger-than-life wedding during long, sleepless nights.
This is the first time that Shahid and Alia are pairing up for a film and that has created a lot of curiosity among the fans. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film is supposed to be India's first ever "destination wedding" film.
Apart from Shahid and Alia, "Shaandaar" also features Pankaj Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor in supporting roles. The film is scheduled for release on 22 October.
