New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): The law intern who has accused former Suprme Court judge Swatanter Kumar of sexually harassing her while he was still in office has now moved the Supreme Court seeking action in the case. Her petition will be heard by the apex court on Wednesday. She has asked for a panel to probe her allegations and also challenged the top court's decision not to accept complaints against retired judges.
