New Delhi, Aug 13 (ANI): Jogen Chowdhury is the first artist to stay at Rashtrapati Bhavan under the "in-residence scheme for writers and artists" launched by President Pranab Mukherjee last year. The renowned artist, who has earlier worked as "Keeper of Art" at Rashtrapati Bhavan, said the initiative is encouraging for young artists and writers as they would get a chance to work in calm surroundings of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
