If you are not a 90s' kid, you would probably remember a bubbly and ditsy character called Elle Woods in "Legally Blonde". The character is often infantilised and chastised for lacking the intelligence required of a Harvard Law student, most noticeably by Vivian, played by Selma Blair. The two may have been bitter enemies in the film, but actress Selma Blair revealed what it was like to work with Reese Witherspoon on "Legally Blonde."

In a recent Instagram post, Selma posted a black and white picture of her and Reese on the sets of "Legally Blonde". The 43-year-old actress captioned the pictures: "ivan and Elle. #tbt with a surprise appearance by #osgoodperkins @reesewitherspoon # legallyblonde #happymemories. (sic)"

After the picture made it's appearance on Selma's Instagram account, Reese Witherspoon responded with several heart emojis. She also reposted the picture to her account and captioned it: "Love this and you, @therealselmablair!! Think Pink #Regram #LegallyBlonde (PS - #OsgoodPerkins's face ...) (sic)", while adding emojis of a bowtie.

In "Legally Blonde," actress Reese Witherspoon played the role of Elle Woods, a bumbling west-coast 20-something who proves that a person's worth is gauged by his/her career choices and not relationships. After struggling with her degree at Harvard Law School, she successfully manages to win a case and become the class speaker at graduation.

"Legally Blonde" remains the first and only film in which Selma Blair and Reese Witherspoon have acted together.
