Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are officially back on, and according to reports, the couple has no intention of splitting up again. While this has gladdened fans of Bieber and Gomez, who are popularly known as Jelena, many are wondering why Gomez has reunited with Bieber.
It appears Gomez is obsessed with Bieber and despite his bad-boy ways she does not mind being with him.
"He has Selena so wrapped around his finger that he 'acts differently' around Selena than when he is with his boys. When they are all together he doesn't treat her right, but she totally takes it since she is so obsessed with Justin," a source told HollywoodLife.
"No wonder her friends are ditching her," the source added.
Gomez's BFF Taylor Swift is reportedly miffed by the union as she does not like Bieber's untamed ways. However, the "Come and Get It" singer is so head over heels in love with Bieber that she does not care what her friends think.
"Selena thinks if Taylor were really her friend she wouldn't give her an ultimatum or make her choose between the two," the source revealed, adding, "She respects Taylor and always will, but the most important thing to Selena is Justin right now."
Gomez and Bieber were spotted enjoying a coffee on their breakfast date on 7 March and the next day the couple was spotted hugging and kissing on a laser tag date. Bieber later posted on his Instagram account an intimate video of him dancing with Selena. But the video has since been removed.
The couple seems to be totally smitten with each other and since calling it quits last year, they have repeatedly tried to get back together. And now, if reports of Gomez's obsession with Bieber are true, she is not about to let him go anywhere this time.
