Srinagar, Dec 7 (ANI): Security was tightened in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s election rally scheduled for Monday. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party had alleged that the purpose of the recent militant attack at an Army base in the state was to create terror among the masses. BJP National Secretary Tarun Chugh alleged that these incidents were to disrupt the election atmosphere in the state. Sniffer dogs and security personnel were deployed in and around the rally venue. Checking was also carried out with the metal detector machine. Chug said that all security arrangements are in place.
