Pune, Nov 01 (ANI): The security personnel have made tight security arrangements for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's rally in Pune on Friday against the backdrop of Sunday's serial blasts in Patna. According to reports, Modi, who will arrive around 1.30 p.m., will be received by Maharashtra BJP chief Devendra Fadnavis. Several other senior Maharashtra BJP leaders will also be present at today's rally. Six people were killed and 83 injured in the low intensity blasts that rocked Patna between 9.30 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. on Sunday shortly before Modi's address to a 'Hunkar rally' in Gandhi Maidan.
