Walter O'Brien (Elyes Gabel) and Paige Dineen (Katharine McPhee) were little confused about their relationship in the premiere episode of "Scorpion" season 2. But they are likely to figure it out in the second sequel titled "Cuba Libre".
The first episode of CBS series ended up showing Gabel's character gradually falling in love with his colleague and it has fanned the curiosity of the viewers who are eagerly waiting to see them together.
The two will find it difficult to hide their feelings for each other mainly because their teammates, including Agent Cabe Gallo (Robert Patrick), are already aware of it.
However, Walter and Paige do not seem to be very sure about taking their relationship forward as they believe it could have a negative impact on their professional life. Additionally, McPhee's character will also have to find out if her son Ralph Dineen (Riley B. Smith) has any objection to it.
Since the description of the upcoming sequel does not have details about McPhee's character and her team leader, fans will have to wait until Monday, 28 September, to know more about their romance.
Apart from the romance, "Scorpion" season 2 will also take viewers to Cuba for a new mission. The official synopsis of episode 2 titled "Cuba Libre" reads: Team Scorpion heads to Cuba when a woman from Cabe's past pleads for him to help catch a Serbian war criminal.
CBS will air the second episode of "Scorpion" season 2 titled "Cuba Libre" at 9pm on Monday, 28 September.
