Twenty-five people have reportedly been killed in an explosion near a Coptic Christian cathedral in Cairo.According to Egypts official MENA news agency an assailant threw a bomb into the cathedral. Forty-nine people are said to be injured.Orthodox Copts make up around 10% of Egypt’s population. The blast follows two bomb explosions on Friday which killed six police officers.
