Date Milkshake Ingredients Pitted Dates - 15 to 20 Cardamom pods - 7 to 8 Ice cubes Milk - 3 to 4 cups Method: 1. Remove seeds from cardamom pods and pound it. 2. In a blender add Pitted Dates, Cardamom powder, Ice cubes & first pour a little milk to grind a dates into fine paste & then add extra milk to get the right consistency of milkshake. 3. Garnish it with few chopped cashew nuts. Egg Pakora Ingredients Boiled Eggs - 5 cut into pieces Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 cup Onion - 1 finely chopped A piece of Ginger finely chopped Green chilli - 1 chopped Salt to taste Chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp A few Curry leaves A few Coriander leaves Water Oil for frying Method: 1. In a bowl add Besan flour, Green chilli, Onion, Coriander leaves, Ginger, Curry leaves, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Water & mix it well to become a batter consistency. 2. Dip the Egg pieces in the batter & take some batter along with egg & deep fry in heat oil. 3. Enjoy the Hot Egg Pakora. Place the marinated basa fish in banana leaf & fold it in all sides. Transfer it to pan & cover it with foil & bake it in the oven. 2. Add oil to the Wok & add Vegetables (Broccoli, baby corn, mushroom, onion, zucchini, bell peppers) saute it & cook vegetables for 5 minutes, season it with salt & pepper. 3. Remove the fish from oven you will the fish was perfectly moist and tender, now we plate it. Place the fish one side of the plate & vegetable on other side. Garnish it with parsley & lemon.
