Egg Pakora Ingredients Boiled Eggs - 5 cut into pieces Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 cup Onion - 1 finely chopped A piece of Ginger finely chopped Green chilli - 1 chopped Salt to taste Chilli powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp A few Curry leaves A few Coriander leaves Water Oil for frying Method: 1. In a bowl add Besan flour, Green chilli, Onion, Coriander leaves, Ginger, Curry leaves, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Water & mix it well to become a batter consistency. 2.
