New Delhi, Nov 07 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday deferred hearing on Jammu and Kashmir flood relief to November 17. The petitioner in the case, Bhim Singh said that he filed a supplementary petition in the court and that huge loss has been incurred by the state in the wake of the disaster. He alleged that state chief minister Omar Abdullah is coming in the way of providing relief to the victims of flood. He also appealed to the court to give the responsibility of the state disaster management authority to the governor of the state from the CM in the wake of the upcoming state assembly polls.
