New Delhi, Sept 09 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred hearing on AAP petition seeking to dissolve Delhi Assembly till October 10. The central government told the Supreme Court that the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi had written to the President saying that the BJP should be allowed to form the state government and sought four more weeks over the formation of the next government. In a major blow to AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal, the Apex Court turned down to consider AAP sting that BJP was involved in horse trading. The top court will take up on October 10 AAP's affidavit on 'sting' operation showing a BJP leader allegedly offering its MLA money to defect. Meanwhile, reacting over this Kejriwal said that AAP has stated that they are not interested in forming the government but will do everything in their power to stop the BJP.He also accused LG Najeeb Jung of batting for the BJP.
