Sasural Simar Ka lead actor Dheeraj Dhoopar aka Prem tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend and actress Vinny Arora in Delhi on November 16.
The wedding was a lavish affair and was attended by several television personalities including Neha Narang, Vicky Arora, Pracheen Chauhan, Chavi Pandey, Ridhi Dogra, Angad Hasija, Ssumier Pasricha (Pammi Aunty), Alan Kapoor, Jayati Bhatia and Aryaman Seth.
Several pictures and videos from the grand wedding celebrations have surfaced online. In the pictures, the bride Vinny looks stunning in a red lehenga choli, while Dheeraj opted for a black sherwani and a red turban as his wedding outfit.
An excited Dheeraj told the Times of India: "I am happy that my seven-year long relationship with Vinny is finally culminating in marriage."
Dheeraj and Vinny started dating during the shoot of their show Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg in 2010. Vinny has been part of shows like Shubhvivah, Swarg and Udaan. The newly-weds plan to take a few days off from his hectic shoot schedule for the wedding and will soon head off for a long honeymoon.
Meanwhile, other TV actors who are gearing up for their wedding are Gaurav Khanna aka Akshay of popular show Tere Bin. Gaurav is set to tie the knot with his girlfriend and actress Akanksha Chamola on November 24.
Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai are also getting married on December 16 in Mumbai. The pre-wedding ceremonies, including haldi and mehendi, are apparently taking place a day prior to the D-day i.e. December 15.
