Leading smartphone maker Samsung has launched the new Galaxy Note 5 dual in India.

"Samsung has always focused on driving innovation based on valuable customer insights. The evolution of the Note series since its launch in 2011 has been attuned to the changing consumer needs and is carried forward in the Galaxy Note5 Dual SIM, which delivers superior productivity packaged in a stylish design. The Dual SIM edition of the Galaxy Note5 complements today's consumers' lifestyles by seamlessly balancing their personal and professional lives," Manu Sharma, Director, Mobile Business, Samsung India.

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 dual houses same specification as seen in the original model, which was released in September 2015. The only difference between the two is that the former houses two SIM slots, whereas the latter has one nano SIM slot. The rest of the specifications are the same in both the models.

Galaxy Note 5 sports a 5.7-inch super AMOLED QHD (2560x1440p) display and houses the company's proprietary Exynos 7420 SoC (System on Chip) backed by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, 4GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage, 16MP primary camera, 5MP front snapper and a 3000 mAh battery with wireless charging technology.

Samsung flagship phablet also comes with a new fifth generation S Pen. It boasts a unique clicking mechanism that helps users pull S Pen out with just one quick click. The users can also now quickly jot down notes when the screen is off without even unlocking the phone. The 'Air Command' feature gets more intuitive and practical as well; now the icon hovers for instant access to all of S Pen tools from any screen at any time. The users can also annotate on PDF files and capture lengthy web articles or long images at once via 'Scroll capture', said the company.
