The confusion on whether Samsung will release its new budget devices, the Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016), in Europe or not has now been cleared. The devices have been spotted on the company's website for France and Spain, giving a clear hint that they will come to Europe, though the exact release date hasn't been announced.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) were launched in China last month. The devices are expected to be made available in many countries, including India, but the company didn't make any revelations at the time of its launch.

Now, Samsung France has listed the Galaxy J5 (2016), and Samsung Spain has listed Galaxy J7 (2016) on its official website with a price tag of €299, reported Galaxy Club site (via SamMobile). Samsung hasn't announced the release date of the devices but it is expected to happen soon, now that they have been listed online.

The Galaxy J5 (2016) has a metal frame, sports a 5.2-inch HD Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 720x1,280 pixels (282 ppi pixel density) and measures 145.8x72.3x8.1 mm in dimension. It has a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, an Android 5.1 Lollipop, a 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card), and a 2GB RAM. It also comes with a 13MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture, 28mm, autofocus and LED flash, a 5MP front-snapper with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash, and a 3,100mAh battery.

The Galaxy J7 (2016) has a bigger screen than the Galaxy J5. It has a metal frame, sports a 5.5-inch full HD Super AMOLED touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density), and measures 151.7x76x7.8 mm in dimension.

The device is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and comes packed with a 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card) and a 3GB RAM. It also has a 13MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture, 28mm, autofocus and LED flash, a 5MP front-snapper with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash, and a 3,300 mAh battery.
