The match between Germany and France is slated to kick-off as usual tonightReuters

The Germany football team has been forced to leave their hotel in Paris on Friday following a bomb threat, but the international friendly tonight between them and France at the Stade de France is slated to take place as usual.

And according to German legend Oliver Bierhoff, who is also the manager of the German national team currently, the entire squad has been forced to leave the Hotel Molitor, situated on the Rue Nungesser et Coli in France's national capital.

"There was a bomb threat. The hotel has been widely cordoned off and evacuated."

Hotel authorities mentioned that an anonymous call in the morning was the reason behind the panic.

"We received an anonymous call about a bomb threat this morning. Management took all precautions to ensure the safety of its guests and staff and are cooperating with the authorities," a spokeswoman from the hotel was quoted by the Express.

Meanwhile, German midfield maestro Sami Khedira posted an update in the social media just moments back mentioning that the bomb threat would have no impact in the game tonight.

Bomb threat for the hotel. No problem for Die Mannschaft: then we'll play some Tennis at Roland Garros... ;-)
