Meerut, Feb 02 (ANI): Slamming the Samajwadi Party government in UP while addressing a rally in Meerut, BJP's PM Candidate Narendra Modi said that the party has transformed into 'Samajvirodhi Party' (anti-society party). He further said that UP's population is increasing but there is no development in the state. He also said that UP lacks in providing electricity, security to women and also lacks in maintaining law and order situation in the state. Modi also asks UP Chief Akhilesh Singh to compete with him not on rallies, but on developmental scale.
