Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Vidya Balan and Parineeti Chopra are awestruck at the magnitude of the response for SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali", which is doing superb business across the globe.

Salman Khan, Parineeti Chopra and Vidya Balan attended the screening of Anupam Kher's play 'Mera Woh Matlab Nahin Thha' in Mumbai on Saturday (July 11). When quizzed about "Baahubali", they could not stop praising the movie and its box office performance.

"Baahubali" was supposed to be something else when we have seen the promo. I have known Rana Daggubati since the longest time. He has done superb job. Rajamouli's father V Vijayendra Prasad has written story for 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'," Salman Khan told Viral Bollywood.

Salman Khan also recalled him insisting Rana to take up acting as his career option rather than becoming a software engineer. "I am really happy that Baahubali has done well. Rana wanted to be a software engineer. Today, he will realise why I told him to take up act," added the Bollywood actor.

When quizzed about the first-day collection of "Baahubali", Vidya Balan put her response in just three words, "That's crazy business!"

Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra expressed her surprise over the superb business of "Baahubali" on its opening day. "₹50 crore is unsually the life-time business of many films. I am really glad that we have one such film in our industry that is fetching huge money on a single day for the industry and producers," the actress said.

"More than that, the movie is being praised by everyone. Obviously, it is well-deserved. Congratulations to the team. I hope every film released on every Friday earns this much money," Parineeti added.
