Salman Khan, who is shooting for Sooraj Barjatya's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" ("PRDP"), recently celebrated the director's birthday on the sets.
Some picture from the birthday celebrations soon surfaced online, where Salman, Barjatya and others are seen enjoying the birthday cake.
"Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" has Salman playing a double role; one as a common man, and the other as a prince. The film also has Sonam Kapoor in the role of a princess. Both Salman and Kapoor will share the screen space in the film after Kapoor's debut movie "Saawariya".
With "PRDP", Salman is reuniting with good friend Barjatya after 15 years. The duo has delivered some blockbuster films including "Hum Saath Saath Hain" (1999), "Main Pyaar Kiya" (1989) and "Hum Aapke Hai Koun" (1994).
There were also reports that the "Dabangg" actor, who until now has been kicking and beating up his antagonists in almost all his films, will be shooting a scene in the film where he will be hit by his on-screen sister Swara Bhaskar.
The family drama, also featuring Anupam Kher, Bhaskar, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepak Dobriyal in pivotal roles, is looking for 2015 Diwali release.
Besides, "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo", Salman is also busy filming Kabir Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in Jaisalmer.
