Maneesh Sharma's "Fan" is creating tremendous buzz ever since Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in to play the lead.

After filming some powerful action sequences in Croatia last week, the team has headed to the famous Madame Tussauds, London, to shoot their next sequence.

With this, "Fan" has become the first Bollywood film to have been shot at the famous Madame Tussauds - a major tourist attraction in London displaying the wax statues of eminent personalities, film and sports stars.

Besides Shah Rukh, who has a wax statue at the museum, Amitabh Bachchan (2000), Aishwarya Rai (2004), Salman Khan (2008), Hrithik Roshan (2011) and Madhuri Dixit-Nene (2012), have been honoured with a figure at Madame Tussauds. The latest Bollywood celebrity to find a spot at the prestigious museum is Katrina Kaif (2015).

SRK took to his Twitter handle to express his gratitude to the authorities of Madame Tussauds for allowing the entire "Fan" team to shoot with the film stars (wax figures) at their premises.

"Fan", produced by Yash Raj Films, has King Khan in a double role - as a superstar and a commoner who resembles the superstar. Former supermodel Waluscha De Sousa and newcomer Shriya Pilgaonkar have been roped in to play the female leads opposite the actor. A major portion of the film was shot in Delhi last month.

Besides "Fan", the "Happy New Year" actor will soon start with Rohit Shetty's "Dilwale" alongside Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.
