The 1.23-minute clip revolves around Suriya. Without giving a hint about the storyline, the clip impresses viewers with his power-packed dialogues and action sequences.
The fans of Suriya have grandly welcomed the teaser and the clip has taken them by a storm. They are praising the clip using multiple hash tags and the official one is - #S3Teaser.
Meanwhile, the cine-goers are also looking forward to see if the teaser of S3 will become the talk of the town like the teaser of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's forthcoming movie Bairavaa, which was released on October 27 on the occasion of Deepavali.
The teaser of Bairavaa went viral moments after its was released online. In less than four days, the clip hit the 50-lakh mark. So far, the clip has garnered 73 lakh hits with over 2.07 lakh likes. It has to be seen whether the S3 teaser beats this record.
After the successful launch of the teaser, the makers will unveil the audio by the end of this month followed by the trailer release. The dates of audio and trailer releases are yet to be revealed.
S3 is the third instalment in the highly successful Singam franchise. Suriya plays the role of a sincere and fiery police officer. Anushka Shetty is the main female lead in the movie and Shruti Haasan is a fresh addition to the latest flick, produced by KE Gnanavelraja.
